Being from India and working in Nepal, my taste bud craves more for authentic Nepalese cuisines. The first dish I tried at The Box Hub is Newari Khaja Set and I must say it was an unforgettable moment for me. To be able to experience the authentic menu had made me feel like the food is directly coming from a Newari Household.
